Who We Are
Nature Coast Trolling Motors is a Plant City, Florida marine repair shop built on one idea: fix it right, fix it once. We started this business because Florida anglers deserve a real, factory-authorized option — not a parts-cannon repair shop, and not someone guessing through a YouTube tutorial.
Our shop is a Minn Kota Authorized Service Center and a MotorGuide Certified Service provider. We also service and repair every other major trolling motor brand — Garmin Force, Lowrance Ghost, Power-Pole, Talon, and more. Customers don't all run the same equipment, and they shouldn't have to drive to two different shops. We work on whatever rolls in — plus light boat repair.
What Factory Authorization Actually Means
"Authorized" and "certified" get thrown around a lot. Here's what those words actually mean at our shop:
- Direct OEM parts pipeline: We order Minn Kota and MotorGuide parts straight from the manufacturers. No third-party knockoffs, no "compatible" substitutes that fail in six months.
- Factory service documentation: We have access to the actual service manuals, troubleshooting trees, and bulletins the manufacturers send to authorized centers.
- Manufacturer training: Our work is done by people the brands trained — not someone who learned from YouTube.
- Warranty preservation: Repairs done at a non-authorized shop can void your warranty. Repairs done here don't.

Our shop is at 6614 Emma Jane Lane, Plant City, FL 33565. We serve customers from Plant City and the surrounding Tampa Bay area — Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, and beyond.
